This will form a foundation critical to the success of your stay. And it will also help you to quickly decide if it would be ideal to work there in the long term.

Whether virtually or physically, you’ll meet many people from your first day, and you ought to seek to make an excellent first impression. This is why it’s crucial to keep practicing your pitch.

When talking about yourself, speak about why you’re passionate about the company and your role. With regular practice, you should be perceived as a passionate and potentially fun person to work with.

3. Ask Questions. Lots!
